Lainvoiman saaneella tuomiolla maksettavaksi määrätylle vahingonkorvaukselle vaadittiin myöhemmin nostetulla kanteella aikaisemmassa oikeudenkäynnissä erehdyksessä vaatimatta jäänyt korko. Kanne jätettiin OK 10 luv. 12 §:n ja 21 luv. 2 §:n nojalla tutkimatta.
